Our Service Advisors use the Meineke MKEY Cloud POS Platform to manage all activities within the center such as Bay Assignments, scheduling appointments, Parts, Inventory, Service Orders, Estimates. Our technician uses a tablet based tool called Auto Vitals for all of their activities to conduct a thorough vehicle inspection. Each technician is issued a company provided Apple iPad (with case) to perform a total vehicle inspection with pictures and video. Technicians are notified in real-time when work is authorized directly on their iPads/tablet so they can begin work immidately. Company provided diagnostic tools with current subscriptions are available for all make and model of US and foreign vehicles. All brand-new lifts, Hunter alignment machines, fluid management systems, Ryan Air Systems, battery testers, etc. A cordless "walk behind" floor cleaner to ensure the shop is pristine.
